Stephen was responsive to the request for a quote and once the date was coordinated with the HVAC contractor, the work was completed, as agreed, on the day scheduled. No problems!

Stephen is a sensational general contractor. This job took three teams and several months. He worked with us in phases to make sure we had running water and appliances as we repiped the entire property, remodeled two kitchens, redesigned 3.5 bathrooms, upgraded two electrical panels and sub panels and replaced all sorts of doors and windows. He stands by his work and his word. His teams are efficient and always willing to discuss why they are doing certain things. The inspectors and permit office were happy to see him and he was great at helping this hands-on homeowner to feel prepared for these meetings. He has a lot of work, as the most talented contractors do, but he always made time to meet in person when I had questions or changes. Thanks for everything, Stephen.

Many other contractors I spoke with wouldn’t even come out the the site. Stephen is honest and straightforward. He gave me an estimate on the project and gave us some great ideas. A big thanks buddy!

Work was done on time and within estimated cost. Quality was good. Small problem where painting tape damaged hardwood floor. Other than that, everything went well.

Stephen and his crew was awesome. Always on time, very helpful, extremely professional and friendly. Timeline of this project was very tight, but Stephen and his professional crew completed the job even before deadline. I have been working with may contractors but I highly recommend Stephen as the best I have ever worked with.

Stephen was great to work with. He had workers do the work but came by to check on their work each day. He always answered my phone calls and was easy and friendly to deal with. His workers arrived on time every day and were respectful and considerate. Steve took no money down and didn't require I pay him until the end. I'm sure if the job had been bigger and more expensive that would have been different but I think even with my small job other contractors would require payment along the way. I would hire Stephen again in an instant. I highly recommend him.

We had Stephen quote and build a fence for us some time ago. When we decided to expand our driveway using paving stones we asked Stephen for a quote and subsequently gave him the job. He was very helpful and patient as we selected materials and scheduled the work. The work was performed on time and within budget. The quality was excellent. We look forward to potentially working with Stephen again on an larger remodel of our home.
