SKYLINE ROOF CO

Thanks to this great crew and to Mark Miller, my roof was done on budget and as scheduled. The crew arrived on time, and they went to work immediately. This is an efficient team, with an experienced Foreman at the Helm. Everyday the crew cleaned up before they left, and everything was organized with no mess or fuss. I had some concerns about the finish esthetics, but they were very responsive, and completed the touch-up promptly. Trust is the key ingredient when you hire Skyline Roof Company to do your roof, as you will be in good hands.

Mark Miller, the owner personally came to give us the estimate and routinely made visits during the project to ensure everything was on track. His estimate was accurate and there were no excessive charges.
The crew that was responsible for removing the old roofing was a subcontracted team and they were generally good, although they damaged a plant, which Mark offered to replace. They covered items in our garage with plastic during the roof removal to minimize old roofing material slipping through and damaging items in the garage. In general they cleaned up the area reasonably well, but we still routinely find staples and nails that were missed in the cleanup.
The work was completed on time and we were very pleased with the results. We also had electrical work being conducted simultaneously, and the roofing project manager worked well with the electrician to ensure access when needed.
The only difficulty that we encountered was that once the old roofing had been removed, a temporary tarp was put over the plywood to provide protection, and during an evening rainstorm it leaked in several places damaging the paint on one wall and getting our wood floors wet. Mark promptly brought blowers over the next morning to dry the flooring out, and he hired a painter to repair the wall at no additional charge. He followed up to ensure that no damage had been done to the flooring, which was our significant concern.
Although the price that we agreed on was higher than other estimates that we received, we felt that it was a fair and accurate estimate and we felt that the value that we received for what we paid was right on target. We would definitely work with Mark's team again.

The price was competitive in comparison. They are punctual. It was done on time. They did a lot of prepping and repair work prior to the job. They really explained the products. They offered much more inexpensive alternatives, but I ended up going with a higher end solution due to problems I had. They had good cleanup.

They responded right away when we had a roof leak. Other than that we have had no issues. They were great and very responsive.
