+ 1 moreI can't say enough good things about Rug'it and Isaac. He's been out twice now to clean the nearly white carpets in our condominium. They are ten years old, but look brand new. He's also cleaned some upholstery and took a wool area rug out to hand clean at his facility. It is ten years old and looks brand new. Great value, professional and honest. Issac was accidentally double-payed. He noticed the mistake and immediately notified me of the error. I didn't respond right away due to travel and a few weeks later, he followed up. It was a significant error, but he strove to make it right - even though it was in his favor. Honestly, I probably would have never known.

Description of Work: Isaac was able to respond and actually do the work the same day I called. He is very professional, hardworking, personable, and did an excellent job on my couch and 2 chairs. Since my oriental rug is wool, I will be calling him soon to have him take it to his shop for cleaning. Overall, an extremely positive experience. I recommend him highly.

+ 0 moreThey did a really good job and were fast on the windows and the carpet was really clean. The guy who came was really nice and gave good service overall. They are pretty accommodating and I think they use environmentally safe chemicals. The main reason I used them was because I have a baby and I like that company because they use environmentally safe chemicals.

+ -1 moreI called pretty early in the morning as I am an early bird and was nicely greeted by Isaac. He told me it was better for him to come over to see the dirty rug to be better able to give me an estimate for the cleaning services. So we set a date for the nearest available day I had available. When the day for the inspection had come he arrived promptly and as soon as he his inspection of the area where I my dog had thrown up he immediately started to give me advice on how to better maintain my carpet so that it would stay cleaner longer. Afterwards I gave the go to start the job, not only did he do an amazing job but the carpet dried up amazingly quick just like Isaac had said it would. He was very kind, I was very embarrassed by the mess my dog made but he was very professional about it.
