Reliance Restoration & Construction

My condo was damaged in a fire in February of 2024. The water and fire mitigation company suggested using Reliance Restoration for the repairs. The first representative that showed up was an ex insurance adjuster with Farmers and reassured me that they would conduct re-assessments during the reconstruction which I later found out was a way to get more monies from the insurance company. The construction was slow to start and rarely was the "team" working on the project. The work was below par and mid project I had to find my own sub contractors to finish the job. I cant believe what a scam this company is. They've been licensed for a year which in hindsight I wish I had researched this prior to hiring them for the job. They're basically chasing down folks that had a fire so they can capitalize on a tragic event.

The Boss is patient, understanding and trustworthy. Their work is beautiful and complete in a timely manner.

Our first floor was totally damaged by a leaking water pipe. Juan from reliance gave us a clear overview of the process and nuances of the restoration. He was invaluable with straight ahead advice and recommendations from floors to kitchen cabinets to how to deal with the insurance company. One of the comforting things was that all the workmen that came into our house were nice people. For the duration of our project we werenâ  t a bit concerned about leaving our house in their care. I could not recommend Juan and Reliance any more than I have.
