From the initial meeting to the completion of the project, the interaction with and the level of service from the Pacifica team was fantastic.  They provided creative solutions that enabled us to have our "wants" while staying within our budget.  They maintained the cleanest jobsite I've ever seen.  As with any project of this magnitude, there were hiccups alaong the way - none of them were caused by the Pacifica team.  The tile vendor shipped the wrong tile, the masonry vendor delivered a chipped cap piece, the gas department had numerous unexplained delays for installing a new meter.  Pacifica provided detailed communication with each phase of the project (actually, we debriefed everyday).  Even with several days of rain (in the midst of a "drought), Pacifica delivered the finished project on-time, on-budget and beyond our expectations for excellence.  Our experience with Pacifica was terrific.

I needed a complete overhaul of my front yard and entryway. After meeting with several contractors, I joined Angie?s list in hopes of having a better experience. I found Pacifica Landscape and after reading a members recommendation and visiting Pacifica's website, I met with Pacifica's rep and designer Jerry. He gave me a competitive bid and several references of Pacifica's work that really impressed me. I liked the fact that he listened to what I wanted done and gave me several good ideas to work with. Unlike several of the previous contractors, the question of "what are you looking to spend" was not the first priority in Jerry's questions about my proposed project. After agreeing to the project start date, which was within a week. The work crew run by Lalo and Jose arrived. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was about the quality of the work that was accomplished by the crew. They have all been working together for a long time and it shows. The same crew arrived each day on time and worked diligently until sometimes late in the afternoon just so that they could get a particular phase of the project done in order to start the next day with no loose ends. Each day they cleaned up the work area. Lalo and Jose were very easy to communicate with and any questions or concerns I had were readily addressed. Throughout the project Jerry oversaw the work and was available if I had any questions which were very few. Jerry, Lalo and Jose offered several suggestions as the project progressed to make the initial design work even better. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the work done. The attention to detail, craftsmanship and the pride shown in their work is a very rare quality. I would highly recommend Pacifica to anyone considering a landscape or masonry project.

They were always here every day when they said they would be, and sometimes they would even work till 7 or 8 at night. They have a team that has worked together for at least ten years. They are incredibly organized. There is a project manager that you deal with. I would never use anyone else for stone work or landscaping. They have such integrity, and they are easy to work with. The project went perfectly.
