. They are reliable. If anything is damaged they make good on it. They do a good job. They can improve on their cleaning in crevices, window tracks. They don’t use a vacuum tool other than to do the floors. I think there are certain things that can be done better with a vacuuming tool rather than just dusting or sweeping. They do a satisfying job. There is no housekeeping service that is perfect but MERRY MAIDS gives you your money’s worth. I would continue to use them in the future.
