 + -1 moreCostco was wonderful, I love the Concierge Dept. Holly helped us with everything. She wanted to make sure that we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend Costco for electronics. They used to take back everything without questions asked, but people took advantage of it. I explained to Holly that was the reason we used Costco, with such a big purchase i didn't want to deal with stores that would hassle us. Holly made all the calls to the electronics company because we were having a communication problem with them. She told us if we had anymore problems to please call her. Costco paid the $250.00 repair on the set. I wish we would have paid for the warranty, but we still made out pretty good.
Description of Work: Well they didn't perform a repair service. we bought our TV through them. about a 1 1/2 years later it broke down so we called them and we were given to the Concierge Dept. They called the manufacturer and told us another electronics company would fix it free of charge.
