Disappointing in every way. It took 3 or 4 calls to schedule an appointment. Person who came to clean the carpet was late. He resisted giving me an itemized estimate. Carpet wasn't that dirty to begin with but I could barely tell it had been cleaned and some areas still look dirty. The cleaning caused one area to ripple up; when I asked about it he said not to worry that it would "lay down later". It never did and looks terrible. I have used a Chem Dry franchise in another area and the results were always terrific so I don't mind paying more for quality, but the result this time wasn't worth it.
