Excellent! Even though Tom found an unexpected complication under a brick border, he kept the final cost to the low end of the estimate ($700). All work was professional and the system is running beautifully. 
The only reason for the "B" rating on the price catagory is that B means good and I feel the price was good but not cheap. Probably Tom made the job look so easy that it seemed $700 was a little steep. BUT, the price was fair and I am happy to pay for excellent, quality service.
I will definitely use the service again if needed!

I called Roy and he came over and saw the mess and did what he could to get the system operational. He was responsive, quick and a straight shooter. I will use him again because he's honest and follows through. I recommend him.

Roy got back to me after the holidays and came back the next day to work. It took less than 2 hours for his crew to fix the irrigation heads in the lawn. The price was very reasonable for the work they did. I called him on Thursday and he came on Monday. He was punctual and professional.

Roy Hawks and his team showed up in the morning and within less than 30 minutes all leaking sprinkler heads were replaced and the rest of the sprinkler system was calibrated and adjusted. Based on my experience the price was very reasonable and certainly less than what I had expected to pay.
