"Your Home is very Beautiful, I enjoyed working for you very much.You are a skilled, knowledgeable Engineer I truly learned a lot from you. Im so Sorry I couldn't make the Stucco cracks disappear,as you explained to me all the town Homes ( a few Hundred) there were sprayed rapidly with an Industrial heavy Concrete Stucco texture in summer with temperatures were above 105 degrees the walls dried quickly in the heat and most all of the Town Homes cracked and had the same defects.The Builder sprayed over it with more Concrete trying to hide the cracks which made it a lump of Concrete spray. I tried to repair them I thought it looked good on our first attempt,but you wanted us to keep trying and we did for many days. As we continued to try to meet your expectant at your direction the areas just became more pronounced.Concrete is not forgiving it can't be sanded and start over.I didn't know you were not happy with the Stucco in the end. The Trim came out Fantastic like glass! I just wish I would have pleased you completely. Best regards, George"
