 + 12 moreI am very pleased with the results. Mark Dulaney closely oversaw the work of his excellent subcontractors and employees. He pays close attention to details. The only problem was that the work took longer than projected. Overall, it was a good experience, a very fine job. I plan on hiring MCD again.
Description of Work: New kitchen and laundry designed by another company(a designer). MCD demolished existing kitchen and laundry room down to studs and rafters. Eliminated a water heater in laundry room and rerouted plumbing to a new water heater in far part of house. Established new water hook-up for refrigerator. Electrical: Installed new wiring for a dozen new outlets, recessed lights in ceiling, under-cabinet lights, and new appliances(removed inactive fuse box). Replaced windows. Replaced pocket door and track, which was a tricky job. They they put in insulation and drywall. Cabinets were installed by another company. Mark of MCD helped me select molding and tile. They painted, installed tile back splash and granite countertops. They installed all appliances, sink, faucet, and disposer.
