They helped sell house within 10 days. However they did want us to sell the house for much less than we wanted to. We ended up sticking with our initial listing price and were still able to sell the house. They were very courteous and responded quickly.

Ms. Lamb was our real estate agent. My wife had done a lot of research herself so we knew exactly what we wanted. We wanted someone to guide us. Ms. Lamb spent a lot o time with us understanding what we wanted. She took us to some really nice houses that matched what we were looking for. We were really excited about it. We bought the house from the owners. She was super friendly. She was a kind of person you could count on. She was always full of information. She was professional. I consider her as a friend because she was so positive. She was upbeat. I wouldn?t go with anyone else the next time around.
