We were very happy with the inspector and the work he did.  I think he responded to our call within 24 hours.  We were supposed to get back to him to confirm an appointment and we forgot to do that.  But he was still able to squeeze us in the same day.  That was a good thing.

Showed up after hours, in the rain, and did a complete home inspection and caught many things I did not see.  Helped with negotiations with the seller.

I was an out of town buyer, so I was not able to be present for the inspection. Because of this, Geoff took a number of additional pictures and supplied them with the electronic copy of the inspection report. I called him on the phone after recieving the report and he was able to go through some of the issues found and help me identify the most important of those isues. The electronic copy of the report was emailed to me the day after the inspection, which was very helpful in bringing a list of repairs to the seller in a prompt manner.

My experience with them was very good. He was thorough. I walked around with him a little. The little things that he picked up were not noticed by me. I would recommend him.

Geoff showed up a few minutes prior to our appointment time and was waiting for us when we arrived at the property. He was friendly, gracious and very professional. He inspected both the interior and exterior of the home, and he didn't at all mind us tagging along so we could discuss with him, on-the-spot, everything he found or wanted to point out to us. The whole process took about an hour and a half. With his laptop available, he was able to input the inspection details on the spot, which allowed him to provide us with the written report within a couple of hours.
