My family has used The Toy Shop for many years. Never an up-sell. Always honest competent work. This is the only place I take my Honda or Toyota products period.

Again, we have brought three different cars here over the last 14 years, including a Prius and a Lexus.
They NEVER try to suggest something we do not need, and do stellar work that you can TRUST.

The Toy Shop staff was punctual and knowledgeable. Their prices are lower than the Toyota dealer. They also made some recommendations on additional work that was needed.

Very well. I had taken the car to AAA for inspection to find needed work. The Toy Shop prices were very competitive, fairly close and within my county. I dropped the car off in the morning, and it was ready by 3:00pm. In addition to the requested work, there were a couple minor tweaks found needed; they were done at no additional charge. I have more work to do on the car and will be taking it to them for the work.
