Receptacle broke causing a loss of electricity to three rooms.  Was able to come out the same day to fix the problem.

The service was excellent. They came out quickly.  Two to four people came out depending on the day and it took them about one to two days to complete the job.  I would highly recommend them, they are very professional.

Now waiting on an estimate for next level. Only complaint would be 4-5 days for estimate and then book 2 weeks out. I guess they are busy. :)

First and foremost the lady that works in the office and schedules appointments etc. is a pleasure to deal with. She is so pleasant and polite and is one of the reasons I decided to go with Tand M Electric. The technicians arrived on time and were very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. Due to the nature of the job they had to go in and out of the house constantly, both the technicians were extremely considerate and mindful of my dogs and did everything to ensure the doors were closed and that the dogs did not run off! They both did an outstanding job of installing the lights, testing them and making sure everything works properly. When they had completed their work they cleaned up and left the area immaculate!!! I highly recommend Tand M Electric and I will definately use their services in the future.

Tim first created a detailed estimate based on a thorough assessment of our property. He told us ahead of time he would separate the estimate items into and quot;strongly recommendedand quot; and and quot;suggested.and quot; This helped us budget for the work.
Tim and his crew were thoroughly professional. The did all of the items we requested and more. For example, as part of the basement work, they upgraded the lighting. Instead of two bare bulbs in the basement with old chain pulls, we now have three new ceiling-mounted lights that work off a single switch at the entry. When we made two last-minute requests, they were able to give an estimate and include the work in the original time-frame.
All of the work was completed on time, was of high quality and was within the estimated cost. We strongly recommend Tand M electric.

They are very professional. They are articulate, well spoken, and polite. They do what they say they are going to do. They follow code. They are a pleasure to work with. When I hire them, I know exactly what I am getting; which is quality.

Terrific. This is a wonderful electrical subcontractor. They are very easy to work with, prompt, thorough, safety-conscious, pleasant to have in your home, and professional. I would highly recommend them. They may not be the cheapest in town, but the slight extra expense is worth it for sure!
