Pool and Spa Servicing
So far Greg Hurst has not lived up to his promise of delivering my Spa. I have sent a demand letter on 4/27/2017. No response so I am filing a complaint in small claims court.

"It has been and is my present intention to deliver Mr. [Member Name Removed] Spa. It is unfortunate that health reasons effected our ability to perform normal business functions. In addition the manufacturer of that particular spa no longer makes it available to me. The bottom line is that I have terminal cancer and the manufacturer pulled the line of spas from me and thus business has been a challenge over the last few months of chemo, etc. I spoke with Mr.[Member Name Removed] this afternoon and assured him we have another line of spas and anticipate providing him with a spa which is of better quality, has more amenities and sells for approximately $2000 more then he paid at no additional cost to him. I apologize for the inconvenience I have caused customers while I have gone thru a perfect storm. Greg Hurst"

It is now January 24th. We called Sundance about two weeks ago and again recently we were told that the part was on back order and it takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. When it arrives he will fix the spa the same day . Here we are a month later with the spa not fixed, no part and no idea of when the part will be in. Maybe Monday, maybe Friday. Meanwhile we found someone that can get the part and install it within three days. He is licensed and has his own business. Even though we are out of the money for installation and no part (thank goodness we didn't pay for the part) we felt it better to move on and get the spa fixed.
