Dan Schafer was the contractor employed by 3 D Builders to address our dry rot. The dry rot was found as a part of removal of a door system. Dan was able to respond immediately, coming out the morning after our first contact with 3 D. He spent 5 hours correcting the situation and much to our relief he was able to only remove one row of tile, so we did not have to replace the entire floor! He was a total professional and did excellent quality work. We were extremely lucky to find the dry rot when we did, but even more lucky to have found Dan to do the work. The price and overall value was excellent.
