Pac West Elevator Inc. is a full service independent elevator company serving Northern California. We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional customer service, product safety and reliability. We specialize in the installation, maintenance, repair and modernization of virtually all makes and models of elevators, escalators, wheelchair lifts, stair lifts and dumbwaiters in both residential and commercial applications. Pac West Elevator is locally owned and operate and located in the Greater Sacramento Area, with over twenty years of experience in the elevator industry. We are here to serve you, not up-sell you. Our staff members are highly trained and experienced in both the commercial and residential elevator industries. We will work with you to provide a comprehensive solution to your needs. We are fully licensed, certified and insured to install and maintain all residential and commercial lifts and elevators. Please, before you hire a contractor for any home or office improvement project, be sure that they are properly licensed for the type of work they are to perform. There are many contractors that are performing work outside of their licensed qualifications and outside their scope of expertise. In order to install or maintain an elevator, the contractor must obtain a specialized C-11 contractors license from the State in which they do business. Our service rates are very competitive, and since we have low overhead, we are able to pass that savings onto our clients.

Later,on Monday, I checked Angie's list . Buried among the description of Pac West Elevator Co were the words and quot;chair liftand quot;. I called the company and told them how desperately we needed replacement wheels, and possibly, other repairs. Terri was most understanding. She said she could possibly send someone to check that afternoon. He came about 4PM and assessed the situation. He said he could order wheels from the company in the East US the next morning. Hopefully, they would send the wheels overnight. If they came Wednesday, he would return the afternoon, replace the wheels, and do some much needed maintenance. He came Wednesday evening, replaced the wheels, and cleaned out the tracks which contained the shredded wheel parts.
Such fast service!!.. We were ready for company and Thanksgiving Dinner in time!!!
I was so overwhelmed by the fast, efficient service, I forgot to tell Terri that I got their address and telephone number via Angie's List.
