Mark did an incredible job with our back yard. From our first meeting I knew Mark was the right man for this job. Yes, I continued to make changes. It started with a concrete path through our yard, with some lawn, planting areas, BBQ pad. He made valid suggestions to plan for future needs, like electrical and irrigation. Then we discovered my workshop needed electrical, well it turned out we added that to the job. Workshop is more usable now than it had been as just storage. Mark designed my yard with an equal balance of hardscape and landscape. Minor changes from me were not a big deal, he didn't take it personal, he made the minor alterations I asked for. Then the work started, he was absolutely the most neat worker I have ever seen, there wasn't junk all over the place, or the need to clean up after him. Mark was not just on time - he was EARLY! Worked well all day, never was without a tool in his hand finetuning something. Absolutely would hire Mark again, as matter of fact when I am ready for my large deck I wouldn't consider anyone else. He knows exactly how I plan to use it and what my needs are. He installed the pipes for irrigation, rerouted my downspouts to drain away from the house, put in the electrical to run under the concrete pathway. Put the benderboard in to designate the pathway, layed the rebar for reinforcement, poured the most beautiful pathway that connects garage, workshop, future deck, and 2 gated entries. So useful was his plan and has an organic flow to it. Who would have thought concrete could look so good! He completed the job on schedule even with us tossing in a couple of other projects.
