John Rozowski is great!! I called him on Monday Aug 15, 2011. I explained to him I had a Casablanca fan that was not working correctly but the glitch was that it was 20 feet up. He said that would be no problem. He asked some questions about the wall unit that ran the fan and asked what the fan was doing. He said he could come out on Friday Aug 19, 2011 but might be able to make it out on Wednesday Aug 17, 2011 if he finished his other job sooner. He called me at 1:30 pm on Wednesday and asked if he could come out now.  He was here in about 15 minutes. He came in and looked at the fan, tested it, and checked the wall unit.  The wall unit was fine but the mother board in the fan it self had to be replaced. He was very cheerful and friendly.  He went out to his truck and brought in a big ladder that he had to manually extend to the 18 feet he needed to reach the fan. He took out the old part and replaced it with a new one. He dusted my fan and lights attached to the fan, which was very nice of him since he didn't have to do that ( I really appreciated it since I have not been able to reach them).  He tested the fan and light and then explained to us how the whole things works. When we moved in there were not instructions. He showed us how to change the many speeds the fan had and that the light on the bottom of the fan had 12 settings which we did not know.  We called him again on Tuesday Aug 23, 2011 to put in a new fan in a different room since he was so good, fast, reliable and affordable.
