They did not find any pest, but found some dry rot. Their first attempt was very pathetic and the second wasn't any better. Finally I called and threatened to call the BBB and finally the owners came out and repaired the problem above and beyond what I had asked for. So ultimately I was happy, it just took to long.

He came back two years later FOR FREE when the infestation was again apparent.

THEY WERE HARD TO GET TO COME OUT BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY. WHEN THEY CAME, THEY TOOK THE TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. THEY WERE QUICK AT FINDING THE DAMAGE TO THE DECK AND THEY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT TO DO TO PREVENT FUTURE PROBLEMS.
