They are always very responsive. They know my habits/usage and when to show up and they don't show up until my tanks are about empty, so I don't constantly have a bill to pay. They're always very nice when they come out.
Once I thought I smelled gas coming from my tank and they came and checked it at no cost.
My daughter just bought a house and is planning to use Golden State Propane as well.
