I've had to change this review a couple of times because I catch them in blatant lies, or they withhold the truth from me, and then I don't trust them again. They work on me and win me back, only for me to find out more information that was withheld or obscured from both myself and, now I have realized, the seller of the property I'm currently in contract to buy. The deal is now almost guaranteed to fall through because of this. I'm not about playing games with huge amounts of money, so I'm through with them. When this whole thing started, the realtor said, "First time buyers are my favorite." We thought that was nice, and made us trust her more. But we realize now what she must have meant was that she loves first time buyers because they don't know anything about what they're doing and they're easier to manipulate and abuse.
