FIBERTECH CARPET CLEANING

I was very pleased with the service I received. The carpet was dry within an hour as advertised, which honestly surprised me. David gave me some excellent tips on minor stain removal that I could use between cleanings. The website is very informative and gives a realistic presentation about how the cleaning will be done. There was a pleasant, but not overpowering, scent when they were done. Rather than charge by the room, they charged by the square footage of what they cleaned. Measurements were carefully taken and the size of large pieces of furniture that were not going to be removed (e.g., bookcases) were subtracted out. I found it to be a very fair way of determining the overall charge.
