We could not be more pleased with Don Cassel and the services he provided. The air conditioning system died in the midst of a +100 degree hot spell, and he responded within hours of our call to evaluate and do a temporary repair to get the system running that same day. He quoted us a fair price for complete replacement of the system and was out two days later to do the installation. The installation was completed in one day, including thorough clean-up of all of the work areas. We were impressed by the attention to detail in the installation work, as well as his communication with us and follow-through on the final inspection by the city. Everything went smoothly and the new system works perfectly. We give Cassel our highest recommendation!

Arrived on time and diagnosed the issue. Provided some options to either repair or replace unit. Called him back later in the same day with decision to repair unit. He ordered the replacement parts and was able to install and complete the job the following day!

We have used Cassel before for smaller projects, and have been happy with work. When our old system needed replacing, we did not hesitate to use him again. I feel he is honest, trustworthy and dependable.

Don  Cassel is a straight shooter, he explained the age of my system, how it loses efficiency over time, how the ducts deteriorate. He is an honest man that does honest professional work at a fair price.
