Mike did everything he said he would do in a timely fashion. He also did a few other simple things that he refused to charge me for. He said he couldn't possibly charge me for them. He wouldn't feel right about himself. Even though his shop in on a 2nd floor of a building there was a steady stream of customers coming in. This is the place to go. He is very trustworthy and personable. I will definitely be back to use his services.

He seems very quick and was up for a challenge. I know this is not anything that he normally does, but he did save us a lot of money.

Mike did a TERRIFIC job on the wedding bands that he made from melting down two of my dad's gold rings. I had him embed 3 small diamonds in each band as well as engrave each one. He was very methodical in his process and had me test the sizing of the bands at a preliminary stage to make sure the fit was right. The end result was fabulous!!! I also had him resize a ring which also turned out great. Not only is his work of the highest quality; his prices were THE BEST!! I had other vendors give me quotes that were tree times higher than Mikes and their work couldn't have been any better.

Top notch and very friendly. There were several people ahead of us (we didn't have to wait long) and all of them were talking amongst themselves about how amazing this shop is and how they would never go anywhere else. The man is a genius. He takes a lot of pride in what he does and we were even invited to the back room to watch everything happen as it was being performed. The ring was only 2 weeks old, but it looked better than we first received it from the original jeweler! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

More convenient to go to Time2Fix. Arrived after 4:00 pm Friday. One customer at counter in protracted discussion about some project. Eventually left.
Put 2 watches on counter. Helbros Quartz, in addition to hour, minute, and second hands, has four smaller dials.
Invicta, in addition to hour, minute, and second hands, shows date and day of week.
Conversation about job was pleasant and cordial--as was conversation about other matters.
Wearing rubber gloves, the watchmaker replaced one battery, then the other, did some cleaning, and reset all dials and displays to show correct time (used my cell phone), day. date, etc. Took only a few minutes.
Charge was $10 per watch (plus tax) for battery and labor, which was the estimate given by phone.
Good experience from start to finish.

The whole experience was pleasant and painless, and done while we waited. Mike is a charming guy and a professional craftsman. (By the way, your requirement of filling in "Home Build Year" to write a review of a jeweler is nutty, don't you think?)

I needed a woman's diamond ring up-sized and repaired. Mike did a great job at a great price. He also polished the ring and repaired it right. The ring is 22 years old and looks as good now as it did the day we bought it. He also cleaned my watch for free.

I found this place on Angie's List. My boyfriend just gave me a white gold blue topaz ring for our anniversary and it was too big. I took it to Mike and he was great. I asked if he could resize it as I waited, and even though there was a customer ahead of me, he told me that he could start it in 15 minutes. It took about an hour total to resize and I'm very happy with the end product. And Mike explained all the steps to resize it and the costs. He also gave me the small chunk of white gold that was taken out of the ring, in case I ever need to enlarge it in the future. At the end, he was so nice, he even gave me a discount. It was my first time going there and I will definitely be back.

I highly recommend Time 2 Fix - the work was done while I waited and the price was very reasonable. I was also treated like a guest and offered tea and baklava to enjoy while I was there.

I took my ring to this jeweler because a friend told me that he would allow me to watch him repair it. It is a diamond cocktail-type ring that was given to me by my grandmother. Because of the ring's intrinsic and sentimental value, I was fearful about leaving the ring to be fixed. This jeweler not only fixed the ring on the spot, but also allowed me to watch the whole process. He has a window so you can watch him work. He did additional work--replacing the bent prong and polishing the ring. He also gave me a verbal estimate of its value. I was so relieved at not having to leave the ring, I have gone back to him for watch batteries and a watch band.

Awesome! He did the work in about 20 minutes, while I was waiting. He charged for the resizing, but there was no extra charge for the ring that was bent and needed to be straightened.
