Tim McLaughlin

I would recommend him.  He is very honest.  I liked his honesty.  I ended up not selling my house and he was really good about it.  He took the time and told me I wasn't a short deal.  He also sold off my sister's condo and was the agent for buying her house as well around the same time frame in 2008.  He is a good guy.  He is honest, reliable, and knowledgeable.  He is a really nice guy.  He is very professional.  His knowledge seems to be right on track.  He listens to you on what you want and doesn't try and push something you don't want.  The people he refers for the things that you need such as loans or home inspections are very good as well.  He has got an excellent list of people to help.  I didn't pay a fee for his services at that point.  I don't think I ever paid him because I never sold the house.  I only bought one.  I would consider contacting him, no matter what company he is with.  I really trust him and I don't think he is out to take advantage of anybody.
