I usually call the same day but if you want a 90-minute massage, it is best to call in advance.  I do recommend that if you do not want a deep tissue massage that you make that abundantly clear.  Over the years I have twice gotten linked with a Thai masseuse and that can be very painful.  I am in my mid-60s and also make my age clear and ask for a Swedish massage.  I have never had a massage therapist who can't give more pressure when asked to do so.  They are always on time because they schedule 15 minutes between massages to give the therapists time to clean up and set up the room.  It is professional and pleasant, and if you find a therapist you like, you can always ask for the same one. I have found that if the one I ask for isn't there, it isn't a problem.  You get to have a new experience since they all do their individual techniques.

The place is clean and has a relaxed, comfortable, but still professional atmosphere. I was taken within 5 minutes of my appointment time all three visits. I use the same person each time and she is wonderful.

I plan on seeing them later this month because my last massage is still available. I pay $90 for each massage and with the package, it worked out to be about $60. What I pay is well worth it for the massage that I get. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The masseuse was very professional but friendly. She listened to my needs and was skilled at what she did. I haven't had time to go back, but I definitely intend to.

I like it. It's very clean. The PT's seemed to be very well trained. It's bare-bone's basic. They don't offer any shower, steam room, or anything like that, but what they do offer is good massage at a good price. I never had any problem, if I call a little bit in advance.

It always goes well. I usually buy a 5 pack of massages to save even more money. Can use them at different locations!!

They gave us advice on how to make the massage more beneficial, such as how to breath during the massage and how to better relax our muscles. Very easy to schedule an appointment, we got in within 4 hours of our call. They told us exactly where to park, staff is very friendly. Small studio and very quiet, but you don't feel cramped. Good temperature, felt good. Massage therapists engaged us and told us how to make it more comfortable for both us and them prior to the massage. They asked us for feedback after we were finished. All around a great experience, I felt much better after I left and I went in with extremley tense and sore muscles.

It is basic there but it's very clean. Their therapists are very professional. I think it is a good value for your money. You show up clean and get a nice massage. They are very reasonable and it's at least 20-25 dollars less than a going rate for a massage. It's very clean, professional, and quiet. It's as good as other places where I've spent more money.

I called for a same day appointment, and was able to get a time within 90 minutes. The storefront is quiet and clean, and as they say, they are able to offer lower-cost massages from high-cost masseurs by avoiding the "spa environment." While there are individual rooms, dimly lit, music, etc., they don't have the fancy spa (so if you need that, don't go here). The masseur was the best I've ever had, and I've gone to high-end as well as low-end. She really understood the physical structure and muscle layout, and relaxed me from head to toe. She was excellent.
