Madison did everything they said they would do. On time, on budget and exceeded my expectations as an owner. It is difficult to find property managers that really care and they do. I would use them again.
Description of Work: The Madison Real Estate Group managed a building I am partial owner in. They did everything to evict the non-paying tenants, completely re-hab the units and then re-lease the building for a profit. I am very happy with their services. They are reliable, responsive and honest. These are all qualities you want in a property manager.
