The one thing about him that stood out was that he took the time (4 hours) to educate my wife and I on being home owners and what to look for. Buying a house isn't a hobby you can pick up quickly. We needed and wanted to be educated about it and Michael took the time to help us, free of charge. In doing so, we were able to build a relationship right away which we were missing with other realtors in the past.
