Andy and co are great. I've had 2 other services performed many years ago. They do the job well and and efficiently. Its amazing how much one of these solatubes can change a room.

Called for an estimate. Friendly person on the phone arranged an appointment. Estimator showed on time, was helpful, friendly and straightforward. Quote provided via email. Asked for a quote revision (add/remove options), received promptly. Installers showed up on time, were friendly and quick. Installation went smoothly. Installers cleaned up after themselves and removed all trash. A positive experience without any issues.

Andy who has been to my home before took the time to offer suggestions based on his wealth of knowledge and expertise and my taste.  I could not have made the decisions as clearly w/o his support.  I LOVE this company and the US assembled product and have refer many friends, clients,ANYONE who has asked and will continue to refer to Sun Aire because of their professionalism!.

Super easy installation of a solatube in the kitchen. It only took aprox 1.5 hr, just a bit dusty but fairly clean and fast cleanup. We enjoy our solatube so much that we had another one installed in a tiny bathroom with fan.  This one was a bit more difficult to install, as one of our reasons for replacing the old fan was that the old fan was very loud and annoying.  It was installed just fine although the fan noise remained comparable to the old fan but Andy and his crew went out of his way to find a solution. They came back another day and added some padding and now the fan sounds normal.  I believe that the acoustics of the house and the low roof do play a part in how the fan sounds.  Overall, we are happy with Sunaire's service and would recommend or use them in the future! Solatubes are awesome!!!

Overall went well but was they did not provide me with all the options of covers - I would have expected that they show me all of the covers that are offered and then I pick from them - I was offered the upgrade only
I have called them several times to have them come back out to show me what the basic cover looks like and they have advised that they will come when they are in the area - I would expect and appt to come back and show me what was not presented the first time

Excellent service and quality. The solar tubes provide beautiful light in our rooms. The installers were courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Best of all, they installed two tubes in an hour. They helped me choose the right options. The price was very fair.

This process was effortless. The estimator came and gave us an estimate. We waited about 9 months and then called to arrange to have one installed. The installer called the night before the appointment to explain that he would be a little late because of an earlier appointment. This was OK with me. He then called the day of the appointment to update his arrival time. This is excellent communication! Two installers arrived and we discussed where we wanted it inside and where the roof should be cut outside. I have a very steep roof so I had to pay for extra tubing, which the estimator had already explained might be necessary. The whole installation process took about 1/2 hour.
Their website is very informative and everyone was willing to explain things until I was satisfied.

Scheduled appointment and the installer was able to come a little early on the same day. Discussed installation with the technician and it was done fairly quickly. This is the second time I've used this company for solar fans and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants one installed.

Sun Aire was amazing in helping us install a much-needed Solatube in our dark hallway. They're often available for installation within a day or two and are very responsive if you leave a message or send an email. I was unsure of where in the hall to place the SolaTube and was given brilliant advice to replace the ugly light fixture that I was looking to replace that is located smack in the middle of the short hallway with the Solatube with a light kit. The light kit was only an additional $80 which is a fraction of the cost of replacement light fixtures I was looking at.
The installers showed up right on time, got to work, and in less than an hour I had an amazingly bright hallway that I'm still admiring two months later! I was also given the choice of filters for our new Solatube, and I'm not one to pay for upgrades, but for $20 they showed me a frosted glass cover that has brightened up the hall even more by the way it filters the light in, and is a better product than the classic, which is plastic -- WELL worth the $20!
Looking forward to adding another Solatube in the kitchen, and also will have them install a solar attic fan to help with the valley heat! I HIGHLY recommend Sun Aire!

The company sent 2 installers. The first installer was dismissive of my concerns. I had previous experience with this company as they had installed 2 skytubes approximately 10 years ago in another house. They had been extremely professional and did good quality work. So I called and requested another installer and,lo and behold, the same quality of service and excellent installation returned. Despite my misgivings about installer number 1, I would highly recommend this company for skytube installation.

All involved from estimate to installation were professional and helpful. The installers were very careful not to damage any wood floors or to leave any dust or dirt from the drilling behind. We are thrilled with the extra natural light our house now has and wish we would have done this sooner.

Fast, friendly, straightforward.

We have had Solatubes installed in 2006 w/Gibson's Roofing and that went very well. We decided to go with Sun Aire this time because they are closer to our home. Scheduling the installation as straight forward. However, they did not tell us we would need to arrange for an electrician to connect the fans. Had I known, I would have had the electrician here at the same time which would have avoided a problem that presented itself once I did get the electrician out here. The two man crew was nice, but they did not clean up after themselves very well. There was quite a bit of debris and dust left in both bathrooms. In addition, once the electrician came out a week later, he found that in one of the fixtures they had left a bag of parts inside so when the fan was turned on it made a horrible sound. The electrician had to undo the tube and remove the parts which took additional time that we, of course, were charged for. There overall lack of attention to detail would preclude us from using them again.

Installation under 2 hours. Professional. Cleaned up after installation.

This product is so wonderful!!!! There has been a DRAMATIC difference in the amount of light that is in our hallway - it no longer looks gloomy and dark. We are very pleased with this product, and with SUNAIRE!

The service person was very professional and answered the many questions that I had. I had to pay a bit more due to my roof being Spanish tile (he had to install a kit). The fans work great. They don't necessarily cool the house alone but once we turn on the A/C, the house cools much quicker than it did without the fans. We no longer have to run our A/C at night.

My experience with them was good. They were fast. They did the job quickly. The installer kind of went above and beyond. He spotted some skylights that he felt were dirty and he volunteered to clean them. He took extra care in fixing the roofing portion, making sure there was no leaks.

I was pleased with the work, but the information on their license is not up to date according to my search of the Contractors State License Board. The exhaust fan is inadequate because of the lack of storage ability. 01/19/2011: This has turned out to be a big mistake.

THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!! VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED, PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, AND RELIABLE. THEIR INSTALLER, ANDY, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. Andy did a terrific job on the installation. We are VERY pleased with the skylights and solar attic fans. When I called for a quote, they returned my call promptly and came out to give me an estimate within a couple of days. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

The company sent out an estimator very quickly. She was professional and easy to deal with. She phoned me several times in the course of arranging the installation until we had a time good for everyone. The installer checked out the roof and ceilings, etc. He cut through the roof and ceiling leaving no mess at all. Today it's raining and the room is bone dry.

Sun Aire is the only company I know of that has this type of fan and they work very well at no cost once they are installed. The serviceman was pleasant and with the exception of the dropping of a few screws and the angling on one of the fans, the installation went well. The fans work efficiently and it really does help with the cooling of our house.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. SCHEDULING THE WORK AT MY CONVENIENCE WAS EASY. THE INSTALLER ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND CLEANED UP ALL OF THE PACKAGING AND DEBRIS. THE FANS ARE WONDERFUL, QUIET AND EFFICIENT. I COULD TELL THE DIFFERENCE IN TEMPERATURE IN BOTH THE HOUSE AND GARAGE IMMEDIATELY.
