SOS Carpet Cleaning

Two guys showed up, not dressed professional.  I have a small apt with carpeting in the hallway and the bedroom.  It's a darker colored pattern with a few stains in the hallway.  The carpet is about 10 years old, indoor outdoor.  I also had them clean the sofa, it's a light beige color.  When I called the woman on the phone said it would be approximately 150.00.  When the guys arrived I was told it would be 300 for the sofa, and 150.00 just for the carpets.  After they were done it looked liked they moved the dirt around on the sofa, and none of the stains were gone on the carpet.  I was told that the carpet was damaged that they weren't stains, and they would never come out.  As for the sofa, I was told that the dirt was too far into the sofa and that it was too old to clean.  My sofa is 2 years old.  Not too old, they were just horrible at their job.  Cl
