We are so happy we went with Peter for our backyard installation. We interviewed many companies and hired him on the spot. Not only was he professional, up-front, and honest, his selection of turf was spot on. The threading on the back is nicely stiched, the irrigation holes are punched evenly throughout, the grass is not as crunchy as others and is soft enough to walk barefoot on. His crew is overseen by Sergio, who excels in the artistry of turf. Our backyard is challenging in terms of aesthetics versus functionality, but Sergio knew exactly what to do. Daylight savings did not hold these guys back! They came prepared with huge outdoor lights to complete the job in one day. The yard came out better than we envisioned and our kids could not be happier. Our 3 year old ran across the turf and was so overwhelmed with excitement, she shouted, *Thank you, thank you!* to Peter, Sergio, and their crew. We look forward to building many new memories in our new backyard. We highly recommend them!

Peter was very responsive & always did what he promised. Work was completed in 1 day within the time frame promised. Also had his guys haul away debris left from another contractor & large trash items. Easiest contractor I've ever worked with. Very happy with the results.

I was trying to decide between concrete and artificial turf for my parkway. (I could never get the grass to look good there) surprisingly, artificial turf is cheaper than concrete. So I went with concrete. eturfpro was the first to respond and the best price. They completed the job in 1 day and it looks great. I would use them again if I had a need.

They got the yard cleared and turf installed in just a few hours. Family and the dog love the new turf.

Great overall customer experience! Sep and his team did a great job from beginning to end on installing artificial lawn turf in both my front and backyard. The Eturf Pros is a great company and I would recommend. They were very prompt in providing a competitive quote, explaining the options available and great overall communication on coordinating the installation. The quality of installation work was excellent and the crew did a fantastic job at cleaning up the job site after all work was complete.

Overall I am thrilled with my experience. Peter did a great job educating me on artificial turf and was more knowledgeable than the other contractors with whom I spoke. His team did an outstanding job installing the turf. Very professional and left my yard cleaner than when they started. Also, I was really impressed that Peter came over soon after the installation and did a walk through and coached me on what I need to do keep it looking good. Very grateful to Peter and his team and highly recommend his company.

Do not hire or trust them, or Peter the owner, they were late, they did not bring the right equipment, they started doing a poor job. I communicated that I was not satisfied with their job, Peter assured me they would get it done correctly, they had to reinstall it two separate times, now that it has been installed, we have had continual drainage sloping and leveling and grading issues. I have sent this company numerous videos, photos and text messages only to have every excuse under the sun, how it is the cements fault which by the way is permitted and signed off by the city, could not possibly be the dirt that they did not remove from my property. All the grass drains towards our house and he refuses to fix it, I have informed him I will be taking him to court and he still refuses to mitigate the issue or even come up with a solution. He makes excuses and does not take responsibility. Do not hire him.

Our lawn looks AMAZING! Peter was so easy to talk to..He explained everything thoroughly. It has transformed the look of our yard, not to mention we don't have to worry about muddy grass being tracked in by our dogs..Peace of Mind. Thank You, Peter and crew:)

Peter, Sep, Sergio and Luis were excellent to work with from start to finish. They used the highest quality materials and came in at the lowest price because of the high volume they do. They finished the job in less than 2 days where others quoted 4-6 days. Their crews were on time, they protected all areas from any damage, and a 16 year turf and 5 year labor warranty sealed the deal. Others quoted 10-15 year turf and 1 year labor warranty. They were an honest, direct welcome relief from the 8 other turf installers I had to endure during the bid process.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walk-through multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"

After showing interest, contractor immediately reached out the next day. A Saturday job walk was scheduled with full cooperation from Peter the owner/estimator. Peter was very patient and gave as much time needed. After review of 3 proposals Peter won the job based on cost, warranty and product warranty. Work was scheduled and all time frames were met. Work crew was supportive, pleasant and professional. Project was completed with ownership and pride from the employees. Installation and Clean up was perfect with no go backs. This contract is highly recommend for artificial turf installation.
