Landline Phone Service
We have had many problems with this company in the eight months that we had been here. Lines getting crossed, static in the phone, etc. So, they came out to fix the static, five days after he "fixed" the problem, the trouble continued. So I called the service manager, Doris, who was quick to defend the gentleman that came out and would not listen to my complaints. They said it was my equipment, but I had just purchased a new phone. I continue to contact them for help and they would not return my calls, I went to their office and they would give me the run around. Finally, a person from outside the Sherman Oaks district came over and found the problem, which was a short in the line, located about one foot from where the first guy checked the jack.
