On an emergency basis, they came on a Saturday evening and cleared out main drain (laundry drain was clogged and backed up into laundry tub). I've used Rooter Pros for several years, always with the best results and experience. Technicians are professional, pleasant and extremely prompt and efficient. Love these guys!

They were awesome and were competitive with their prices. He was awesome and I really enjoyed working with him. His guys were really nice. On some of the work they unfortunately were not as punctual as one would have liked them to be. But ultimately at the end of the day they did the job and they did a good job.

Have used Chris at Rooter Pros many times. They are always prompt, friendly, efficient and have the best price in town.

I keep calling Chris because his rates are reasonable, and he has the right sort of amiable personality that projects professional courtesy. (If you have ever hired a plumber who was gruff and obviously there to extract as much money from you as possible, you'll know why I find this valuable.) He's a professional who knows how to do everything his employees do, and often works alongside them. He even has a fiber optic camera he can snake into drain lines to discover what's clogging them, and the time I had him use it he showed me the problem before any pipe was cut into.
The work is nicely done, and it seems to be holding up over time. If I need some work done, I know he will get someone out here in a reasonable time frame, and that they will show up when they say they will, do the work to a good standard, and clean up whatever mess they make. If they have to cut into your walls to replace a pipe or something, you will need to either patch it yourself or get a drywaller to do it for you, but as far as I can tell plumbers and electricians never do drywall work, so I can't take any points off. If you are not afraid to get your hands dirty, replacing a small section of wall (even plaster, like mine) with a square of drywall is not that complicated.

Third time I've used RooterPros (tree roots clog up the main line on a yearly basis); they are always on time, price is very reasonable ($98 for clearing one line, this time they needed to snake two lines and only charged an extra $60 for the second). I've used other rooter services and they are by far the best (based on arriving when they said they will and cost)

His workers showed up at the appointed time. They replaced all the gas lines, hauled off the old pipes and a couple of old water heaters, and installed a new tankless heater. Chris got permits for everything. The city actually went back on a permit they had issued for the water heater because they didn't like the location (which they had already approved) so Chris had to move it. I told him that I wanted as little disruption of hot water service as possible, so he and his workers went out of their way to plan everything around that.
The work received a rough inspection, but was never finaled. Chris has called the City of Pasadena multiple times to get this done, but they have not answered him. They do this all the time - they either never show up to final the work, or they do, but they don't file the paperwork, and then the City comes after you five years later claiming that you have to pay hundreds of dollars to reopen the permit and get it inspected. I can't decide whether it's abject laziness, or just a scam. Whatever the case, Chris did what he was supposed to, so that's obviously not his fault. I never knew why so many people despise city permit centers, but I do now!

They were terrible! They wanted to do work that didn’t need to be done, that would have cost thousands of dollars. Initially they seemed fine; they came out right away and took all the right steps. They then lied to me saying that they needed to drill into the street to fix a section of broken pipe to replace it. We got a second opinion and it turns out that the pipe wasn’t broken but was only clogged. The only company we hired fixed the problem within 45 minutes and it only needed a high pressure sewer cleaning jetting to clear the tree roots that were clogging the pipe.

Chris showed up in the allotted time as scheduled by his assistent and was quite knowledgeable and customer friendly. Very patient and conscientious. Made sure the drain was clear (root problem) before he left the job and gave a detailed evaluation and fair esitmate to fix the damaged joint. Would not hesitate to use Rooter Pros for any future drain problems or plumbing project large or small.

Chris (the owner) was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem quickly and gave me good advice as to what to fix and what we should watch but not fix. I was very happy with his service. Good, clean work. He had to saw cut cement, and he was careful not to overcut and to minimize the damage that he did. Also, the camera inspection was less expensive than several other quotes we received. I would definitely use him again.

This experience was a shock and a nightmare, but Chris Babakhani got us through it. He is knowledgeable, hardworking and honest. He really cares and he gives a fair price. He is not afraid of the dirty work himself. He gets down into the nasty sewer work right with his employees. He really knows the plumbing regulations and we passed the city inspections with no problems. You won't be sorry if you hire him!

Great service, I like the way this company works, from beginning to end. They were professional even from my first phone call, to the project sign off, I very picky when it comes to trusting someone to do the work. Rooter Pros tech worked fast and he was very honest and friendly. The tech was knowledgeable, gave me a great price. We had our drains cleaned for $69.95. my wife and I been wanting to install tankless water heater in our house for a while but to lazy to shop around. Since Rooter Pros tech was certified I had him install it for me and we love it. In my opinion I would use Rooter Pros again and will refer it to my friends.

I had called around for a plumber Rooter Pros was the only one that responded right away, They were dependable and reliable. That's the best way i can describe them. They explaind all the details of what needed to be repaired and best of all i didn't have to wait the job was done the same day. Nothing bothers me more than contractors who assume that I want them to perform what they have recommended without my approval. You're not going to get that with Rooter Pros. This is a good company with great service, knowledgeable techs, and great call times. Although i didn not have a coupon the tech give me 15% off the labor for being a new client. This is a company I recommend to all my friends and will use them again for any of my plumbing work.

I called a number of drain cleaners/plumbers at 9pm on a Wednesday night because the main line at my 4 unit apartment building was backed up. Chris at Rooter Pros was the only one to actually answer the phone. He came right over, within an hour, snaked the drain with an electric snake, hosed down the sidewalk, and was really a nice guy. $95 to come out at 9pm is unbelievable! I paid $150 to have my drain snaked with a manual drain during the day! I would definitely recommend Chris and Rooter Pros based on this experience.

I had been having drainage problems in the kitchen sink for a couple of days, until one day it backed up completely. I called a local plumbing company and they said the charge was $189 for a routine cable job. I thought that was way too much to pay, so I shopped around and finally found Rooter Pros. They quoted me for a $95 special and said they could have someone out within one hour. Aside from being a few minutes late, the gentleman was very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. He finished in less than an hour, charged me the quoted price, and left with a twenty dollar tip because I was so pleased. I would highly recommend this company to anyone of my friends. It's really hard to find a good plumber you can trust.
