The guy was super nice. He was really smart and he wasn't trying to oversell anything. He just came out and gave us some prices & what we could do to the house; but we didn't end up doing it right now. He quoted $120000 for the job. He was going to handle all the city permits. Top to bottom, he was a good guy. We didn't end up using him because of what happened a couple of weeks later; but he was a great guy. We didn't have any problem. He was a peach of a guy. He explained things very slowly and it went great.
