I was stupid, I did not check his Yelp reviews first. He apparently mostly does work for the home warranty company. He has their interests in mind far more than yours. He came to fix a leaking shower valve, which is probably 50-70 years old. From that, he "fixed the leak" but determined he could not re-assemble the valve because of "abuse" to the valve. Of course if he reports this to AHS they will deny the claim, he gets paid and he doesn't need to take care of the problem. His Yelp reviews say the same thing. This is apparently what he does. If he is referred to you, refuse to allow him to respond to your home. Do not hire this con-artist.

I called AHS and they told me that On Time Plumbing would be out on Monday Between 8 and 11. Arman showed up at 9 am and cleared the tub in a couple of minuted And took a little more time for the bathroom sinks. So far everything is working O.K. He then proceeded to clear out the washing line and the kitchen sink. The whole Job took about 1.5 hours. Arnan was very proffesional and efficient. He also came out a little over a year ago for the same thing and did a wonderful job. I was glad when AHS sent him because of the bad experiences I have had With other plumbing companies.

They were sent out by AHS for three problems and while it's not their
fault that nothing was covered, they created a new leak/drip that was
NOT there before. And 'it's not covered' to fix the mistake they made. I
wouldn't call this company or any other company that AHS sends. A drip
like that will cost us $50 a month!

many months later after calling ON TIME over and over for my part and a return service call and getting no response and a run-around and calling the home warranty company over and over, I finally hired an outside plumber who had me fixed in 2 hrs (that included running to the plumber's supply house to get the part). In fairness, they did properly diagnose the problem, but that was all they did right. On Time is the worst!

This place was sentout by AHS the guy insisted on the $60 service call first before he even tried to find out the problem with my water heater, which he never found. He made every excuse of why water heater was ok but everything else must be wrong. BTW I just had the water heater replaced and all is ok.
When I asked him to check the Airater in the faucet in the Bathroom he did check it and wanted $160 CASH to change it. I would not give him cash so he did fianlly take a check. When I asked for a receipt on the $140 he didn't want to but did pull out a old folded up invoice and crossed out the phone number and wrote in one.
He insisted that the Water Heater problem was caused by not enough Gas, so I had to wait another day for Gas Co to come out. The Gas Co Man said that nothing was wrong and if there was enough gas for the stove to work and the heater that there was enough for the Hot Water Heater. BUT nothing was wrong.
I then called my normal plumber and he replaced the heater and I now have all the Hot Water I want

The plumber arrived within the time range. When he saw the sinks (which are angled built ins with copper resevoirs on the bottom), he just said he couldn't do anything. I had to push him hard simply to remove the "trap" (the curved part underneath the sink) to check there for stoppage. He did so reluctantly.
He refused to wipe or clean any part of it--saying that he only fixed stoppages not cleaned sinks. I had to try to do it myself. He kept on saying that the entire sink would have to be removed, but that that wasn't covered by the Warranty. After clearing out both traps for the two sinks, he screwed them back, then left quickly.
I then noticed that one of the sinks was leaking, which didn't happen before. I called back within a few minutes, and he returned. At the door, he blamed me for causing the leak because I used a towel to try to wipe out the inside of the pipe--something he refused to do. But the leak was actually from the other side of where the trap screws onto. He unscrewed and tried to screw back on, and I asked why he wasn't using any "putty" around the screw. He said that it's not supposed to be used. Then, he decided to go back to his truck, get some putty, and use it.He screwed things back on. I had to carefully diagnose to see if any water was leaking. He declined to check himself. When it seemed ok, then he left--without apology or even a good bye.
I know that home warranties are of dubious value (it was included in the purchase contract). I called AHS and they said that unless it's easy to snake the drain, it's just not covered. So that tells you something about American Home Shield, which I won't renew.
I also understand that warranty companies have to use cost effective service providers. But this was really, really disappointing. For most folks, my guess is that he would have just insisted on the visit fee of $60 and left. It's only by pushing extremely hard that I got him to do anything and then to fix the leak he caused.
Again, I understand it's hard to make a living. But this isn't the right way to do it.

Company showed up on time (no pun), explained everything fully, including an option that would be less expensive for us for the additional cost over warranty. The work was completed in the time stated, and he added a repair to a hot water line at no extra cost when he saw that it was weak (an outside shower we never use). He was especially courteous. I have had bad luck with many home warranty contractors that want to deny you coverage, but he was anxious to be of help and to answer all my questions.
