Referred via home warranty request, Harry called within 2 hours and visited to inspect shortly thereafter. Communication was clear, and I especially appreciated him taking me through the options for what was not covered by the home warranty policy (building code upgrades). He handled a delay in the warranty company's ordering process with particular professionalism and very much went the extra mile to make sure the new heater was installed on the originally-promised schedule. He also listened to a concern I had about how the finished job would look, and adjusted the installation to accommodate it. Would definitely recommend.

Gary went above and beyond. I was really impressed by a) his willingness to come out in the evening, and b) his efficiency in trying to learn as much about the problem as possible before he arrived. Gave professional recommendations on what to do should we need to replace the unit.

These guys did an and quot;experimentaland quot; service that has so far been successful. My home is on a slab and I had a sewer pipe break under my living room. They used a machine to bust all the old iron pipe under the house and replace it with new plastic pipe. It was a hefty price tag, but considering I didn't have to rip up all my new floors, definitely worth it.

They were able to come out on a Saturday morning so I did not have to take time off of work. Rigo arrived during the designated time frame. He diagnosed and repaired the problems. Also he adjusted the water pressure for the house. Thorough and professional.

I have American Home Shield and so far, we have been happy with their service. Last year Robert Salazar from Neighborhood Plumbing was sent to help us out the a clogged toilet. He was able to work with AHS to get us a new toilet that works like a dream!
This time, it was a bathroom sink that was clogged. I called late Friday afternoon and asked about Neighborhood. Even though AHS said that they were booked, the customer service person tried calling them anyway, and were told that they would try to send someone out on Saturday. I got a call from Robert who asked if I would be home for a couple hours on Saturday afternoon, and he arrived, fixed the sink, checked our 2nd toilet and shower. He was prompt, very personable and professional. Next time, I plan to ask for Robert by name!

I have an insurance plan for the things that go wrong in my house and so I wanted to look up the company that they were sending out. They did a great job and it was fine. I wasn't there when they came but my husband was. They did the job that they were sent out to do. My kitchen sink is working just fine now. I paid them an amount which was a deductible and so I don't know what their pricing would be otherwise. They responded and came out right away.

I found water what I suppose was leaking from my washer, but when I called my home protection plan and they sent out a repairman, turns out the problem wasn't with the washer, but with the pipe where the washer hose was attached to, being clogged. This pipe is also shared with my kitchen sink. So I had a plumber from this company called to come out and clean out the pipes. Andrew Escobar came and cleaned out the pipe, but he said that my kitchen sink pipes were so old, that they were clogged with thick sludge. I saw it with my own eyes. Since replacing the pipes under the kitchen sink wasn't covered by my home protection plan, I paid him $135 to do the job. He took about 2 hours to complete the job, plus he had to replace the old, broken cleanout plug for the kitchen. He answered my questions, and was all in all professional in his demeanor. He even went to Home Depot to get me a new cleanout plug! Now my kitchen drain works great; no more slow drainage!

The only negative thing I could think of, was that I had to call a few times in order to get the plumber to call me back. Turns out someone tried to take his tools, and that's why he was delayed. But on the job, he was focused on getting the job done, and done right!

Averall I had a great experience with this company.
