They totally ripped me off. They were not punctual. It took a long time to deal with them. In general, they claimed, they had all their cars inspected by a mechanic before they even listed them for sale. So they said that all the cars there were pre-inspected by a mechanic and they were all in pristine conditions and that there were no problems. Additionally, they sent my car to the mechanic again to fix a little issue with an interior light that I found. They had the car re-inspected again, just as a favor. I don't know why. Maybe they were feeling guilty. That mechanic found nothing wrong, which I find very hard to believe. I had the car for two weeks. It was behaving terribly. It could hardly steer it, it was making terrible noises. So I brought it up to the dealership here, which is a very well-known dealership. I said, "This car is making weird noises. I can hardly steer it." They did an exhaustive checkup and they found numerous things. The frame of the car was broken. They found that the car had been in an accident. One of the determining factors was that the stickers that are on the engine area, in front of the car, were not there, which is a very high sign it had been in an accident. Furthermore, the car had been completely repainted. They could tell that because there was dust in the paint. Additionally, the doors were different color from the roof of the car. The left passenger door was not even the same metal as the rest of the doors. My insurance inspector went up there and also agreed with them in their findings. The insurance, never wants to pay for anything and the inspector completely agreed and paid for the repair. It was a total total nightmare and a total rip off.

Got good service cleaning and fixing up my car. The service personnel were very polite and their work was thorough.

As parents of a new teen driver we needed to find a car that was safe but sporty. I was in the market for a new car and really had no idea what to get. I went onto the Monza Car website like I have done in the past to see what they had on the lot. There I found a 2004, C230 Sport Mercedes Benz with a 6 speed manual transmission! I had not seen that before. Now, I had never considered myself a Mercedes guy but that car spoke to me. It was unique and in flawless condition. I phoned Monza and spoke with Alan. What I found great about Monza Car was their ability to not pressure you into purchasing a car from them but making sure that you found the right car first. No one likes to deal with the pressures of the car salesman. I certainly don't. But at Monza Car, they wanted to make me comfortable which is what they did. Not only that, they worked out the deal for me by going the extra mile in making sure that I was not only happy with the car but the deal as well. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Alan and Monza Car. I would recommend them in heartbeat and certainly go to them again when looking for another car.
