My home warranty company assigned my claim to Mister Poolman. Unfortunately, I am a little out of their area. After discussing it on the phone, the work request was sent back to my home warranty company to be assigned to a local repair person. This didn?t go so well. I was reassigned to a company that no longer existed. Then, my home warranty company couldn?t find anyone in my area. They offered to let me find my own company. Great, but not so much when no one seems to work on above ground hot tubs/spas.
That?s where Ryan from Mister Poolman came back into the picture. He actually called me to make sure my hot tub had been taken care of. Wait? What? I?m not even your customer anymore and you are calling to check on how it went? I was honest and told him it was a nightmare, and I couldn?t find anyone to respond. We talked for a bit and agreed to have my home warranty company reassign the repair to him.
The repair was completed a few days ago. The workers were kind and professional. The hot tub is back in working order, and I am thrilled. So while I can?t comment on pricing (other than my $50 service charge by my home warranty, I didn?t pay anything), I can tell you that the customer service I received from Mister Poolman, was outstanding. I wish I was in their regular service area. This company is a gem!
