We worked with William, from Renov8 Builders, a subsidiary of Milestone Design & Development Inc., for a Kitchen remodel, projected to be a 2-month project, per contract. The project was completed,1 year and 3 months after the proposed completion date. The Company had poor communication of work scheduling and execution of tasks. We were told that workers would be scheduled so we could plan. This did not happen, workers not showing up when told or showing up without notice was the norm. We were promised work would be included but when we asked about it later, we were told that it was not in the contract or not in the scope. The company admittedly made mistakes with the planning, and we were told that we would have to pay extra or they would not complete the project. (written in email) They destroyed association plants and dug holes and then told us that they are not responsible for restoring the areas. Renov8, when asked, repeatedly refused to pick up any construction trash. (stacked in my backyard, garage and in the house for months), until I eventually hired someone myself and had the trash hauled away. The quality of work provided by the company was not good; see attached pictures of wall, ceiling and paint. Once we were able to get the parent company (Milestone Design & Development Inc.) involved and after much discussion, many of the quality, promises and work issues were resolved and the project was completed quickly. Milestone Design & Development showed an outstanding performance! Maurice Abikzer really understood what I wanted for my remodel and made my vision reality. Milestone built us a new home. We had no idea where to start when it comes to building a home all we had was the land. Then we hired Milestone Design & Development Inc. and they did the rest! Yes - everything! From pulling permits to showing us plans and finally to an absolutely stunning modern home. It's done and we are beyond satisfied!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

The project was top notch. We have a new home and it is not just a home it is our dream home. The built us a beautiful 3900 soft home from scratch. Just amazing! Now we have everything we ever dreamed of having; a stunning home, that is so spacious and inviting, pool, spa, patio, etc. We are beyond happy and so grateful for their amazing work.

They never came out because frankly they were very rude and asked embarrassing questions and said they wouldn't come out unless we knew how much we were going to spend.

Since my project was so small, it was not their priority.It was at the bottom of their list thus the DELAY! FEB 22 TILL May 6!!!

The Milestone Team did an amazing job. We always wanted to have a pool but weren't sure if it is even possible since we live up on the hills with an uneven ground. But they made it happen!! It turned out to be just beautiful and our kids love it too. Our next project will be to replace our roof, as well as new windows for the entire house... and we will definitely hire this company again!
