He is good at fixing little things like if a pedal is messed up or a hammer is out of place. He is good at the details. The price is reasonable and the quality of work makes it a good value.

I needed my piano tuned. I called Michael. He asked me a few questions over the phone about my piano and gave me a quote. I asked him to do the job. He came two days later, on time and very professional. He took apart my piano and tuned it for about an hour and a half. Then he cleaned up his mess and cleaned the keys on my piano. My piano sounds great. As a bonus he taught me how to tune my new guitar. He was very nice. Then we learned we have a mutual friend in common. That was very cool!

EXCELLENT. MICHAEL TOOK THE PIANO APART AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO TO OPTIMIZE THE SOUND. HE ACTUALLY HAD TO TUNE THE PIANO TWICE, BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN SO LONG SINCE IT HAD BEEN TUNED.
