piano tuning
 + -1 moreHe is good at fixing little things like if a pedal is messed up or a hammer is out of place. He is good at the details. The price is reasonable and the quality of work makes it a good value.
Description of Work: He does a wonderful piano tuning for me every year, both at work and at home.

piano tuning
 + -1 moreI needed my piano tuned. I called Michael. He asked me a few questions over the phone about my piano and gave me a quote. I asked him to do the job. He came two days later, on time and very professional. He took apart my piano and tuned it for about an hour and a half. Then he cleaned up his mess and cleaned the keys on my piano. My piano sounds great. As a bonus he taught me how to tune my new guitar. He was very nice. Then we learned we have a mutual friend in common. That was very cool!
Description of Work: I had a piano that hadn't been tuned in thirty years. Michael tuned it for me, and we are very happy with the way it sounds.

 + -1 moreEXCELLENT. MICHAEL TOOK THE PIANO APART AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO TO OPTIMIZE THE SOUND. HE ACTUALLY HAD TO TUNE THE PIANO TWICE, BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN SO LONG SINCE IT HAD BEEN TUNED.
Description of Work: I HIRED MICHAEL TO TUNE A USED PIANO THAT I HAD JUST BOUGHT. UPON INSPECTING IT, HE HAD TO READJUST THE SOUND BOARD AS WELL.
