This review is for the second home Mickey Found for us. We used his services in the past and were extremely with his services. Just like the last time, Mickey took time to listen to our needs and sent us listings that matched our criteria. There was never a push towards a specific property as he knew we wanted the right place, in the right location that felt right. He not only took care that but recommended his lender that was excellent! To my surprise everything went very smoothly even though the loan process usually does not. Mickey is a genuine agent who has the clients’ best interests in mind and not his commission. Thank you, Mickey, for finding us our second home.

I know a lot of realtors, some are friends, and other are just acquaintances. When it was time for us to sell our house, we had about 10 Realtors to choose from and we picked Mickey Cohen. He knows the business quite well and is very much a professional. We are glad that we chose him. He was always on time for our appointments, and always explained everything so that we had a clear understanding of what was going on at the time. If I could have given more stars I would. Mickey Cohen sold my home for me and did such an awesome job, far above my original high expectations. He was completely transparent and helpful, he advised me on the right price to sell at (and judged it just right), he produced some amazing marketing materials and got the home sold. The seller was really hard to deal with but Mickey was always patient. He got me $15,000 off the asking price even though the appraiser said that the house was worth more. Mickey made the whole transaction smooth and I definitely will use him again!

Mickey took us through his marketing plan that we thought might cause a stampede at the open house. We then walked through our house and with one glance in each room he told us exactly what to do in the most cost-effective way. We did literally everything he told us to. (Trust me, just do it if you like money). Then we kind of didn't want to sell the house because it looked so good, but we decided to see if we could hit our mark. Open house/stampede happens. I am a real estate investor and I asked Mickey to find me a great investment property. This is very hard in our current market! We used Mickey Cohen to sell our Beverly Hills home and he was fantastic. Before choosing a Realtor, I conducted a lot of research to see who the best choice would be based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. Rodeo Realty and Mickey stood out as the best Beverly Hills has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Mickey and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Mickey made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken. What was most impressive was his explanation of how he would market our home online. He’s an expert in online marketing. Not only did he advertise our house everywhere online, but he also found a way to bring up our home in the search results so potential buyers would see our home first. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Mickey got us 13 offers for our home! Our house went under contract 8 days after we put it on the market. We accepted, and Mickey walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Mickey Cohen to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Yes I know Mickey because I listed my penthouse with him and he did a really good job negotiating the purchase price which was thirty five thousand dollars more than listed. He also found my house which I love and would not leave under any circumstances. His negotiation and promotional skills are quite impressive. He didn't just sell our home, he educated us as well.  We'd interviewed other realtors before calling Mickey, whom we'd met years before when he was selling our neighbor's home.
We were concerned with the numbers we were hearing from one realtor, and the same realtor forgot to include our permitted addition in the home size when doing estimates (it wasn't a large home to begin with).  So we decided to call Mickey. 
Best decision we ever made. The for sale sign had barely touched the ground before we received the first offer. We ended up accepting that offer. We sold for $124,000 more than another realtor had estimated we could get in a best-case scenario. It literally pays to do some research on the broker/agent you are considering, and then you should hire Mickey Cohen!

Besides being extremely courteous and Professional Mickey executed  the leasing of our house well in all areas that
a home owner would want:

1) Knowing the Local Real Estate Market - Mickey knows the Beverly Hills Real Estate market really well . His office is located there. He was able to show us the trends and comps for our zip code and surrounding areas in B.H. And gave me a fair assessment of where my property stood.
 
2) Walk-throw of the Property - Mickey was able to provide me with expert tips on the final details of how to best show the property.
Then only after we implemented some of his suggestions did he photograph the property.

3) Marketing Plan - Mickey uses the latest internet technology to advertise the property and knows that 80-85% is now done thru the internet. For example  he used an interactive flash like website to highlight our Property.

4) Communications Plan - Mickey  always kept us up to date on potential prospects, Helping us weigh the pros and cons of
every offer we ever got.

5)Final Details of the Contract - Mickey was able to expertly negotiate the final details of the lease contract,(the addendum) in a way that was non threatening to the other party.

This was the fourth time that I have purchased and sold a home. This experience was unique in a lot of ways. I was a object of fraud and had title issues with my house. I wanted to sell my home but couldn't because of ongoing litigation to clear title. The whole process took about a year and a half. Mickey was helpful through this whole process, always demonstrating extreme patience and lending helpful advice. He listed and then relisted my house three times taking it on and off the market due to my title issues. He never complained and did his best to help me navigate through my messed up situation. To make a long story short, I finally was given proper title to my home and three months later, my house was sold for a nice profit! It was a long and arduous process due to my situation but through it all, Mickey was the most professional, creative, hardworking and downright loyal realtors I?ve ever worked with. Mickey was the listing agent on the property that I recently
purchased. I asked him to represent me as well as the seller. He was very fair
and saved me money by giving me a copy of the recent inspection and termite
report acquired by previous buyers who were interested in the home. 
The escrow went smoothly and I felt that Mickey was looking
out for my interests as well as being fair to the seller.

Mickey was referred to me by a close friend. I had a very bad experience when purchasing my home and was afraid to deal with another agent. I chose Mickey because of his honesty and not only did I find him to be honest and hardworking but an excellent negotiator.
I was going to spend money and time fixing up my bathroom and Mickey advised me not to bother since my pool was not in working order and I did not have the funds to repair it. We would have to sell to an investor with all cash anyway since a bank was not likely to approve a loan without everything in working order.
We had multiple offers. One of which was Mickey?s client (over full price) but he was only happy for me when another agent brought an offer for much higher.
During the buyer?s inspection, it was found that the power to the pool filter was not working and the buyer asked for $4,000 to repair. Mickey called his father who is a general contractor and had him send out his electrician who fixed it in 5 minutes and just charged a service call. I can see where Mickey gets his good work ethics from.
