The cost was cheaper than getting a new machine. They were professional and fixed it. That's all you really want. Their responsiveness was good. They gave me a big window of time, and that's how a lot of them are; that's just the way it is. I would just like these people to say that they will be there at 1:00, but techs can't do that. That's the case with anybody. I would use them again.

They were fabulous. They went above and beyond twice when I had them come out. They came out three times to fix the same problem that ended up being a stupid problem. Believe it or not, it was the dish washing soap. It took them long to figure it out because it was the pods and you usually don't have to worry about them. The owner came out and they had me get a different, specific brand of a pod and then there were no more problems. It was the weirdest thing, it was just causing suds and suds and leaking all over the place. No one questioned the soap because it wasn't like you were dumping dish washing soap in there. It was pods that have it all pre-packaged. We have learned that apparently it does that in dishwashers. 

It was nice that they came out three times because it wasn't their fault, nor my fault. It was just bad soap. The guy's name was Alex, and I think he was part owner, and he went over and above. 

He did not fix it properly and it damaged my washing machine. When I told him, he said the damage was there before he arrived, and that he had fixed it properly. Now, they will not return my calls. Do not use these people at all.

I used these guys for an AHS repair.  The repairman was prompt and efficient.  There was nothing outstanding about the service, but he did do the job and I don't have anything negative to say.  I thought I'd give a decent review to offset the F's, though I wouldn't go out of my to recommend them or anything.
