real estate appraisal
 + -1 moreLarge, demonstrable, technical errors and falsehoods derailed business deal. Wrong pictures, wrong listings, wrong descriptions used to support a lower appraisal. Went farther to grab poor comps than to use better comparables closer. Used properties in poor condition. Used picture of good comp house with description and price of defective poor comp house. Weird and unprofessional determinations, such as a section of the house with a sloped ceiling should not be counted as interior footage, despite every legal and technical fact to the contrary. Pulled numbers for amenities out of thin air. This work was for C.N. Bank, would not enter a business deal with either of them again.
Description of Work: Weird/oddball presentation, odd hostile questions, imaginary problems, huge technical errors in work.
