LA Home Contractor

Warning DO NOT HIRE LA HOME CONTRACTORS. This company is not trustworthy nor reliable and do not care about their costumers and the abandonment of our home project. La Home Contractors is deceptive and misleading and won't take responsibility. We had hired this company for Rodent proofing on Friday 4/30/2021 with a one year warranty. Well these rodents were back that night with a vengeance. We had made several calls to Ernie, and LA Home Contractors office manager John, no one wanted to take responsibility and address the problem, John said to call Ernie, Ernie said to call the workers, the workers said to call Ernie. John the office manager had informed us the workers were not employees of LA Home Contractors and Ernie was responsible. Finally On 5/10/2021 a worker came and place traps and said he will return 7-8 days, we had made several calls to John, Ernie informing them its over a week and no one has contacted us to check the traps and we can smell odor from the attic from the dead rodents and someone needs to come ASAP as this is not sanitary and hazardous to our health. Once again empty promises and broken appointments. Ernie the sales rep and LA Home contractors are not following thru their obligation and completing the proofing that was paid for and left abandoned and warrantied. As homeowners we are left distressed and anguished, and full of misery as we paid close to $4000 for rodent proofing that was not completed as warrantied. As of today this has not been resolved nor the rodents in the attic removed. This experience with La Home Contractors has been a nightmare. It is now almost one year since we contracted with LA Home Contactors for Rodent proofing and we still have no resolution as we continue to have an infestation and are NOT Rodent proof as our contranct and warranty is for. This company is decitful, misleading, and untrustworthy not to mention the poor workmanship and incompetent rude staff. We need these Rodents gone and our attic rodent proofed as per our contract and warranty. This is an ongoing infestation as you warrantied would be gone with your Rodent proofing.
