We are an Eco-friendly carpet steam cleaning company, family and locally owned and operated in the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles area. We offer carpet cleaning, flooring, and tile work services for both residential and commercial customers. All work is done by ourselves, we do not send out subcontractors. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. We offer free estimates, free pick-up, and delivery for area rug cleaning. First-time customers get $15 off their first service. We also give discounts for referrals.

Went great. They came out on a Saturday to give me the estimate and pick it up. Two weeks later they brought it back, and my previously white area rug (turned grey by years of use and dirt) was like new. Will definitely use them again. They made it so easy for me.

Jackie and two crew members were there, were extremely professional and diligent. There were parts of my sectional (especially arms, and backs along the seams) that were very stained from age and wear. Jackie told me in advance that those areas might not be restored to the original color, but by giving extra attention to those areas, they were able to greatly reduce the stains. The rest of the couch looks great.

Very satisfied with Jackie and the crew at JP Carpet Care. I had seriously neglected the carpets in my apartment. (Impossible to overstate "seriously neglected." ) I told them I was not expecting miracles. Yet, they were able to make them look so much better, much better than I had even thought possible. And even when the carpet dried, the darkest and most notable dirt marks did not re-appear. (As I have experienced in the past) Also, the rooms did not have any bad odors that I have also experienced when dirty carpets are wetted. Jackie was very professional and friendly. She communicated appropriately and helped me re-schedule when I needed to, kept me informed as the crew left so I was prepared. I got the name of JP Carpet Care from a NextDoor recommendation in our area, from a user who is a building manager and uses them regularly for their apartments. So my review echoes her sentiments as well. Jackie made this very easy and I plan to be more much dedicated to keeping my carpets in better shape with regular care from JP Carpet Care. (It's like living in an brand new apartment!) Highly recommend

Wow! In less than an hour, Jackie's team had the carpet looking - and smelling - almost like new. A week later, the stains have not reappeared and the carpet odors are still gone. JP Carpet Cleaning is friendly, professional, punctual and efficient. We highly recommend!

My parents' bedroom carpet is horribly stained with urine and feces so I didn't expect it could ever look good again. Cleaning it rather than removing it was a temporary fix until my mother would allow me to have the carpet replaced. However, the smell made it practically intolerable to be in that room so it was extremely important to me that the carpet be deodorized. JP Carpet was the only company that would agree to come as late as 11:30am on a Sunday so I was grateful for that. My parents' caretaker and I struggled to get all the furniture out and junk cleaned up in time but they arrived 30 minutes early. My parents vacuum doesn't work well and I didn't realize (didn't get a chance to carefully read an email they sent on Saturday) they would not be willing to do any vacuuming or wiping dust off the baseboards before getting started. They got in there and out in record time. Jackie (part owner?) had me come in and approve their job. The smell seemed to be gone at that moment. However, other than that it didn't look like they did anything but make the carpet wet. Nonetheless, I figured no one else could have done any better so I approved the job. I left and came back 3 hours later and the room was back to the horrible smell. I called Peter and he had Jackie go back the next day and do some more work deodorizing the rug. When I showed up again the room was finally tolerable. I really hate confrontations and it bugged me that I had to call and complain to get what I needed. I think instead of telling me "Deodorizing will just make it worse so we don't think there's anything we can do other than replace your rug" they should have just offered more deodorizing right off the bat and offered to follow up in a few months to see if it needed another application. I explained that no one wants to replace that rug more than me but it's not my home so I can't authorize that. I just wanted JP Carpet to come in and at least make the room tolerable to be in. They finally did but I had to fight for that.

Unfortunately, when a floor hasn't been cleaned in over 15 years with, as you stated, severe urine and feces staining, it is just impossible to have a perfect (or even slightly better) carpet, with just one cleaning and deodorizing. We even came back a second time, as you mentioned, and applied the deodorizer a second time, but I'm pretty sure even that didn't do much justice. To be honest, when the floor is this soiled, we typically decline the job, but when you first set the appointment, you clearly stated that it was intolerable and you just wanted something to be done.
