A bit late with my review. All I can say is that the new roof replaced was excellent workmanship. It's been up now a while ... held up very well over the weather & time. Looks like new and makes the home appear in great shape. Work was done professionally and timely. Price was reasonable and worth it. Don't have anything to complain about and everything to cheer .

The interview during the estimate led me to believe this company knew what to do. The estimate itself was almost half the price of the other four estimates I received.

We originally wanted quote for small patch work, but their quote for 2000 sq ft was too reasonable to refuse. They removed and saved the old tiles, installed double felt layer, and new flashing. Everything was done professionally, and close to schedule.

Immediate response to my roofing needs during the rains. Trustworthy construction company and quality job. Highly recommend to anyone.

Simon was very attentive. Though it was a small job, he was there with his employees to see the job through and to my satisfaction. He wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. But I felt comfortable knowing that he and his crew were fully insurred in case of an accident. If you are a home owner, do not allow anyone on your roof who is mot bonded and insurred. I Would hire again.

James is a very professional roofer, he makes sure to take into consideration all of the needs of his customers and is a very honest individual. I felt the job was top notch. His company works quickly and efficiently and had one of the best prices for the excellent quality of work done on my roof . Very satisfied!

Prompt. Will have to wait to determine if work actually fixed leak after next heavy rain.

JR Construction called us quickly, gave us a fair quote, had us on their schedule and completed the repair all within a week. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

They were very professional, quick and clean. I had several quotes and felt that they were very clear about the problem and how to fix it. They clearly explained the cost of the project and what would take place. Great job.

I would have preferred a written estimate

Simon was very cordial and cooperative. The job was very small and his team performed it rapidly.

The owner was too impressed with his own accomplishments in his business. He told me about his construction projects & showed me all of his licenses & employee info. I don't believe I needed of this info for the repairs. He gave me an estimate as to the cost of repair. He called me later & told me the estimate was wrong due to material cost increase & I would have to pay $250 more for the project. I was not happy with this information. He should have had this information when he gave me the quote. I paid the extra $250 but will not recommend his business to anyone I know.

Very good work. Was a small problem with color. They did the best they could to fix it. And dripped paint. But overall was great.

The repair team delivered on time and they did a good job explaining the details. Price was good.

This was an all around positive experience.
