 + -1 moreI spoke on the phone and gave the specific measurements of the storage unit you needed move and quote from Mia in their call center. We varied numerous times the quote. When the driver arrived at our storage unit. He LOOKED without measuring and said that it would cost more money based on his observation of the unit. When I asked to speak with Mia (who gave the original quote) I was told she was on holiday. The basically told us that either we accept the new bid or find someone new to move the unit. They started moving the things into their truck before accepted the new bid. They told me that if I wanted to use another company that I would have to pay them $1000 for labor of moving everything back into the unit and the totality of the new quote was $1400
