The work went very well. They carefully checked existing equipment, air flows and problems before recommending the replacements. The quote was very detailed of everything they would do including extra sound deadening material I had requested. They showed up on time, protected my carpets, kept a clean site, finished on time, took care to make sure I understood how to program the new control. All existing duct work was checked for integrity and no leaks. They brought the wrong size return air grilles, but were willing to return the next business day to complete that step. They double checked the temp levels in every room after installation to make sure everything was working properly. Duct outlets in each room were spray painted black so the duct interior would not be seen through the new registers. Space around each duct outlet was caulked to minimize air leaks. They explained everything they would do and why, to ensure comfort and efficiency. Overall a lot of care was taken to make sure everything was done right and I was satisfied with all details. There were no surprises or added expenses.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. They worked extremely quickly and they did exactly what they said they would do. They were very friendly and it was a pleasure to work with them.
